Ordered from the company they did not deliver when I contacted them after a week of stressing and being patient they dispatched my order again and yet again it didn't get delivered. I would not recommend this company always losing your items and wasting your time. Opt for another company it's not worth the stress. Terrible services would never recommend to anyone.
Ordered a card to go to Europe in plenty of time and it never got there till 24 days later obviously missed my grandsons birthday I was absolutely gutted how do you explain that to a 5 year old
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
All they done is said sorry and blamed it on airmail which is a load of crap because I send parcels on a regular basis never get delayed

Very user friendly service and great choice of designs. Cards are delivered on time and packaged well. Good quality and value for money.
Very disappointed with an advert you ran ..30% off all cards and gifts ..ordered a gift put the discount code In to be rejected..contacted your team ..no star next to the promo listing only certain items ..went through the whole order ..I was told certain items only ..low and behold the promo advert was amended ...****** certain gifts only ....
Website easy to navigate, lots of choice and easy to upload. Card was delivered very quickly can’t fault the service.
I do want to give 5 stars.I love Funky Pigeon. I love their cards. I love their gifts.I really love the choice of customised alcohol gifts.However, my last purchase, a selection of 6 bottles of ales, with customised comedy label, one of the bottles of beer was off.Such a shame.
I thought the card I was sending would arrive the next day not 4 days later very disappointed
Very good but lacked some features competitors such as moonpig offer
Card and present were late for my granddaughters birthday. Arrived a day later.
